Ok, so this is my very first spawn until now.
I don't know exacly the color for the male, but i'm really proud of him.
The spawn happened saturday night at 23:00-24:00.

So...thise are the parents:

I didn't have time to take more pictures, and didn;t want to disturbe them, so...this is it:

Good news ... they already started to swim horisontaly ... but they are fewer. I have no ideea why :P

Momentan nu mai am poze, nu am reusit sa fac nimic clar, din cauza coloritului apei de la almond leaves.

acum nu sun acasa, am lasat puii in grija bunicii, si cand o sa ma inorc, promit ca o sa postez poze noi.

Puii, nu stiu cati sunt, nu am reusit sa ii numar (nu am suficienta rabdare), insa sun destui, si deja au trecu pe microviermi.

Unii incep deja sa arate urme de "glitters"  ;D
Cand ma intorc acasa poae reusesc sa curat putin si apa din acvariu (fara sa aspir si vreun pui)

For now I don't have any more pictures, I was not able to take any clear, because of the water's olour (IAL).

I'm not home right now, I left the babies in my gradmother's care, and when I return, I promise I'll post new pics.

The babyes I don't know how many they are, I couldn' count them (not enough patience), but they are quite a few, and already started eating microworms.

Some are starting so show some glitters

When I return home, maybe I'll be able to clean up the water in the tank (without sucking any babies)

si acum e prima data cand o las in grija unor puieti....dar o sa se descurce sigur  ;)

Insa, abia astept sa creasca sa vad ce va iesi. Masculul are gena HM,deci sper sa scot ceva pui MH  ;D
Iar in privinta culorilor...ma astep la orice.

Nu stiu de ce, dar mi se par ca ar trebui sa fie mai mari. Au deja mai mult de o luna...aprox 6 saptamani.

Cat de des faci schimbul de apa ? Daca nu ma inseala memoria (si nu ma inseala :P), puii de Betta secreta un hormon care incetineste cresterea fratilor lor. Sa nu fie cazul si la tine ...?

How often do you do the water change? If my memory does'n fail me (and it doesn't :P), the Betta babies give off an hormone that stops their siblings from growing. Maybe that's thecase in your tank ...?

merci Cata, si scuze....incep sa ma prostesc si eu cu limbajul de "mess". promit sa nu se mai intample, si o sa imi traduc si postarile.

Problema e ca nu prea am facut schimburi de apa. imi era teama sa nu scimb prea brusc ph-ul apei, sau ceva, sa nu le produc un soc, si sa raman fara ei. Acum am inceput de cateva zile si le fac schimburi o data la 2 zile.

I didn't change the water because i was afraid not to produce a  sock to the little ones. I started to change the water a few days ago, i change 50% every two days.

Incearca sa faci asa: apa sa o aerisesti bine cateva ore (cu o pompa de aer, sa iasa clorul), apoi ... o parte din apa sa o pui la incalzit, sa fie cam la acceasi temperatura cu apa de la puiuti. Apoi ... un furtun de aer, o sticla, si ai rezolvat problema! Daca nu stii cum, spune-mi si o sa incerc sa iti dau detalii sau desene ;)

Try to do like this: you put in the water an air pump to let the chloride get out, then ... heat some of it, so that it's at about the same temp as the water in the fry tank. Then ... an air line, a bottle, and case solved! If you don't know ow, tell me and I'll try to give you details or drawings ;)
