Spanac fiert/boiled spanac?

Tot citind despre betani pe net am descoperit ca, cica ar manca si spanac fiert, dat asa din cand in cand, pentru ai ajuta sa nu aiba probleme cu digestia. Daca e adevarat ce am citit, imi spuneti va rog cam cum ar trebuit procedat? Cum trebuie administrat pestelui mai exact?

I red an article about betta fish feeding. They said that in order to keep the fish healthy I should feed them some boiled spanac every once in a while. It helps with thier digestion. If it's true what I red, can you please tell me how to do it? How should I give it to the fish more exactly?

... eu stiam ca Betta sunt carnivori ... hai ca ii mai fraieresti sa manance spirulina amestecata in mixtura, dar frunze de spanac ... nu cred ca ai sa-l vezi mancand ! Decat daca vrei sa il faci Popeye! ;)

I knew that the Bettas are carnivores ... ok, I admit, you can trick them into eating spirulina, in a mixture, but spinach leaves ... I don't think you'll see hin eating ! Unless you want him to become Popeye! ;)
